Carina Wolff, known on the interwebs as Kale Me Maybe is a health and wellness journalist, food blogger and cookbook author who hails from "Kaleifornia." Womp womp. What started for Carina as a casual no big deal blog to share the awesome info she was learning about how awesome healthy foods are for our bods has since turned into two awesome plant-party cookbooks! Both books about some of my fav plant-party activities - spiralizing and eating plant proteins! Naturally, THIS is a plant-party chat for the books!
