If you have ever watched/listened to an episode of this show, you know how I feel about debt. I am all for us being debt free and growing our financial lives with no leverage. This said, the constant push-back is on cheap debt. Cheap debt is enticing to many, but it is ultimately just another way that we can get trapped in this never-ending cycle of owing other people money. I know that there are logical, mathematical arguments for using debt, but none of them are reasonable enough for me to take out debt to invest my excess cash.
