Originally released on Scepter 12255. As folks who know the scene will tell you, northern soul comes in many different shapes and sizes, and from many surprising sources. This track isn't one that you hear about very often, and I can't say I've ever seen it listed as a northern soul tune. But hey, maybe that's just because no DJ has ever put on this particular BJ at a northern soul club. I'd be willing to be that if they did, they'd find a few folks who would dig it! This reissue is on the Scepter/Wand Forever series from the early 1970s.
