Passing The Pocket Test - with Mary Friedl

Listen Later

In this episode, I speak with industrial designer Mary Friedl about a concept she designed for what would be a better epinephrine auto-injector while she was a student in the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). I share my personal experience having a life-threatening food allergy.

Content Note: We will be discussing food allergy and the symptoms of anaphylaxis. No ER visits or hospitalization will be described.

EpiPen, Adrenaclick, Symjepi, and Auvi-Q are trademarks of their respective brands and are in no way owned by Modern Access. No compensation was provided for mentions of these brands.
