Angelus' tormenting of the Scoobies heats up, coming to a dramatic head when he kills Jenny just as Giles and Jenny are making up. Giles goes on a vengeance-fueled attack at Angelus' hideout and is saved by Buffy just in time. The gang is devasted - and in a shuffle of papers, the instructions Jenny found to magic Angelus' soul back into himself are lost between desks.
