We did it! My husband and I finally recorded a podcast episode together. We had to wait until all of the kids went to sleep away camp, but we finally did it! It's been in the works for a while, as I planned for Season 3 of the podcast to focus on nature and how different people interact with it through their jobs, hobbies, or for therapeutic purposes. We met through our passion for nature so it seemed only fitting to let the first episode of a season about nature be with Chisolm.
As an Enneagram 1, the Improver, you can definitely hear the ways he uses his vision to improve the landscape and his gift of seeing the big picture in service of others. You can also hear our relationship dynamics (I'm an Enneagram 6) and the things we enjoy doing together and with our children.
Chisolm is a forester and talks about his childhood growing up in South Carolina and all the ways he grew up taking in nature. He discusses what he does for a living now and how all of that plays into ecology. There is a little something for everyone in this episode whether it be wildlife, forestry, economics, or relationships. There's even advice for those of you who are considering the pursuit of an outdoor career.
Give it a listen, a rating/review, and make sure you're subscribed. As always, I appreciate your support and hope you enjoy!
