If you had the cure for cancer, would you keep it a secret?  Would you keep your mouth shut as thousands die all around you?  I’m sure you’ve heard this analogy before, as I have.  But it is a fantastic reminder.  We have a cure with eternal implications!  And we all have the disease of sin.  Are you going to sit quietly and watch millions die an eternal death?

My friend was telling me about a prominent businessman who was paralyzed in a car accident.  He’s now a motivational speaker of sorts. He’s one of the most sought-after speakers in America.  My friend asked him what makes his speaking so successful.  And he responded with a challenge- “If you don’t really believe in what you’re saying, you will never have success.  If you don’t believe in it so much, that you would drive all night to tell someone, than you won’t succeed.”

Do we have that godly sense of urgency?  Would we drive all night to tell a friend the Good News, realizing that anyone could die at any moment, and we know The Way?  In 1 Corinthians the great evangelist Paul, wrote, “I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.” Will you do whatever it takes to get this glorious message to the world?  Don’t keep this “cure” a secret.
