Passion Poaching? We oftentimes see this happen in business when a company is able to create a successful product as a result of their desire and skills but when other companies see the success, they copy the product simply to make a profit. Real estate is another example as many people have no desire to be in real estate, yet they see a few people become success and therefore they think they can do it too. That's not how we should operate as individuals. Our focus should be on our unique set of skills and gifts and applying those talents to our desires. Only then will we become truly successful at life, not when we copy someone else.
