An awesome interview with Mernah Tamer, Mernah is the Founder of the Weni Kavango Project. which is a Non-Governmental Organisation whose main aim is to empower Kavango locals through the prisms of education and everyday life.
She is currently pursuing a degree in law at the University of Namibia. She is also a member of the Windhoek global shapers hub a community of young academic individuals who are making an impact in their surrounding society.
Mernah has a strong passion for community development and engagement and believes that passion in one's work serves as an integral part of pursuing any endeavor in the long run. In this episode, she shares her inspiration behind starting the NGO, as well as insights on her experiences.
