What must have it been like for Jesus to be present--in the moment, not looking for an escape—while he is hanging on the cross? He asked God for another way in the garden, but now he's following through, not looking for a distraction, locked into those around him, fulfilling his mission for us. What an amazing example of complete for us to ponder on Good Friday!
