I learn many things and skills at each and every point while working for that level..In 2000 i become senior manager and then completed my director director title in 2001 and my first leader sonia gupta acheived sm and director in 2001 and another leader in 2003 ..it took me 2 years to get my 2 breakawayz and in 2005 finally i become gold director .but ,learning was you dont need to serve your people a ready made platter ,you need to guide them to cook daily and earn there living becos else they will fall and never stand alone.
