Past Always Catch Up, Part 1

The purpose of the podcast is to explore the reasons why homelessness has become a crisis in the United States, with the state of Pennsylvania as the starting point. However, the uniqueness of the podcast is to interview one homeless individual or family at a time, while inviting them to sit and have a meal at various locations throughout the state. By listening to the show, listeners will enjoy a moment of laughter with strangers, while learning about Pennsylvania’s homeless crisis and the circumstances that forced many of its residents in “the best poor man's country” to become homeless. The show seeks to restore the wholeness of the individual by bringing awareness about homelessness and to inspire those who are experiencing homelessness to see one’s own self-worth. The goals of the show seek to restore the Dignity of the individual to the wholeness of their humanity. With the help of the nonprofit organization, Best Poor Man’s Production, to assist in services which include but are not limited to housing, food, education, therapeutic counseling, medical, dental and much more. In addition, to put the individual that was once homeless back into the workforce by creating meaningful and sustainable jobs.
