PSALM 37: 23 The LORD directs the steps of the godly.
He delights in every detail of their lives.
24 Though they stumble, they will never fall,
for the LORD holds them by the hand.
GOD IS INTERESTED, AND DESIRES TO BE INVOLVED IN EVERY DETAIL OF THE LIVES OF THE GODLY.
OUR BELIEF THAT GOD IS IMMENSELY INTERESTED IN EVERY DETAIL OF OUR LIFE, DETERMINES THE MAGNITUDE AND QUALITY OF OUR FAITH.
MATTHEW 10: 28 “Don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot touch your soul. Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 What is the price of two sparrows—one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. 30 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. 31 So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows.
GOD HAS OUR BEST INTEREST, ALL THE TIME!
IN ORDER TO OVERCOME FEAR, WE HAVE TO REPLACE IT WITH FAITH!
- WORRY IS FEAR!
MATTHEW 6: 25 “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? 27 Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? 28 “And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, 29 yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. 30 And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?
WE HAVE BECOME A BONUS MINDED SOCIETY!

- WE WANT TO CHOOSE WHICH DETAILS WE WANT GOD TO BE INVOLVED IN!
- SEEING GOD’S INVOLVEMENT IN DETAILS!
- BE CONFIDENT AND THANKFUL, EMBRACING GOD’S CARE AND PROVISION.
- INCLUDE GOD IN EVERY DETAIL.
- ASK WITH ASSURANCE, KNOWING THAT GOD REALLY WANTS TO BE INVOLVED!
