PSALM 37: 23 The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. 24 Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand.
MATTHEW 6: 25 “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? 27 Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?
DYNAMIC FAITH IS ESTABLISHED UPON THE BELIEF THAT GOD IS INTERESTED AND INVOLVED IN EVERY DETAIL OF OUR LIFE.
DYNAMIC FAITH HAS THE ABILITY TO GROW QUICKLY. BUT, IT ALSO HAS THE POTENTIAL TO MAKE MANY CRASH AND BURN.
OUR PERCEPTION OF OUR PROBLEMS DETERMINE OUR FAITH!
Romans 5: 3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. 5 And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
It’s never just the problem, but how we deal with the problem.
OUR SOLE PURPOSE IS JUST TO SURVIVE!
When survival becomes our objective, our chosen distractions or COPING MECHANISMS often become the crutches we can’t live without.
WHERE YOU GIVE ATTENTION, YOU GIVE AUTHORITY.
Enduring or surviving is never God’s end objective, building strength and confidence is God’s end objective.
HOW ARE YOU? AND WHO ARE YOU COMING OUT OF YOUR PROBLEM?
- A CONFIDENT HOPE IS SEEING GOD IN THE DETAILS.
If God loves me and is interested in every detail, then why is this happening to me?
We cannot allow our circumstances to continually determine our faith.
For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
THE PURPOSE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IS TO FILL OUR HEARTS WITH HIS LOVE!
- BUILDING DYNAMIC FAITH!
- BELIEVE THAT GOD IS INTERESTED IN EVERY DETAIL OF OUR LIVES!
- GOD INTENDS TO MAKE US OVERCOMERS, NOT OVERWHELMED!
ROMANS 8: 28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
- ENGAGE THE HOLY SPIRIT NOT THE COPING MECHANISM!
