October is Pastor Appreciation Month. Nathan and Thomas discuss why it’s important and appropriate to show appreciation to our pastor. We will explore why we as Second men, staff people, and lay leaders should “lead the charge” in showing appreciation. Finally, we’re going to share some ideas on how to express that gratitude.
