Just four years after Jerry Sander married his lovely wife, Wendy in 1996, in Laguna Beach, California, the happy couple moved to Florida to start their faith-filled journey into full time ministry at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale. Over time, God developed Jerry's heart for teaching and his passion for discipleship, and as Calvary grew, Jerry was ordained as pastor and asked to shepherd the church's first regional campus, Calvary Boca Raton. Jerry has a great passion for the lost, and so he triumphs Calvary's wide-open door policy to anybody who wants to know God. Serving as the Boca Raton campus pastor gives him a great advantage point to reach those living in this area, and searching for the truth. Psalm 23, which says, "The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing," confirmed his call to live out John 21:15-19 by loving and feeding His sheep. At home, he loves spending time together with his wife, Wendy, and daughters, Jisella and Jianna.
