We should never be discouraged. We should just take it to the Lord in prayer. If we have trials and temptations, take it to the Lord in prayer. 
The Lord didn't say worry always or worry without ceasing. 
It doesn't do any good to worry. But it does a mountain of good if you pray to the Lord about your situation.
