In this podcast, we interview Brian Smilde, lead pastor for Immanuel Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, and Sam Moffett, lead pastor for The House of God Family Life Ministries also in Grand Rapids. The churches these men lead are extremely diverse (largely white and Reformed on one hand, and largely Afican-American and Pentecostal on the other.)

Brian and Sam will tell the amazing story of how they are now holding their worship services in the same building each Sunday at different times, and how they even joined their two groups together for a single Easter celebration that was a blessing to all.

And their unity is not a "close your eyes and pretend to love each other" type thing, but is based on the reality that these men are truly brothers in Christ because of the truth of the Gospel and the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

Our prayer is that this is just the beginning of greater unity of the Body of Christ in greater Grand Rapids.
