Ephesians 4:11-13

The word PASTOR literally means “SHEPHERD”

Pastors are men and women who intentionally CARE for another person or group of people.

Community-Builders, Protectors, Healers, Includers

Any role where there is INTENTIONAL knowing, seeing, and caring for another person is an opportunity to utilize a pastoral gifting.

What do pastors do?

Moms, Coaches, Ministry Leaders, Teachers

Jesus is the good shepherd. We imitate Jesus.

Let’s be a church with a shepherd mentality that fiercely PURSUES our flock.
