A recent survey said, 70% of pastors say they have a lower self-esteem now than when they entered ministry, 70% constantly fight depression, 75% of pastors report being “extremely stressed” or “highly stressed” and 70% do not have someone they consider a close friend. Pastors are in need of therapy, counseling and help as well. Although they are called and anointed by God they are not exempt from the stresses of life.
