The Posse will discuss Matthew’s Gospel for Third Sunday of Advent, Chapter 11, verses 2-11. In this reading, we continue with an imprisoned John the Baptist asking if Jesus is the one who is to come. Jesus confirms that John is more than a prophet – saying John is a messenger ahead of you; he will prepare your way yet there are higher pursuits.  Fr. Denis’ time in Burlington is drawing to a close. We wanted to take some time and talk to Fr. Denis about the Faith Journey that has brought him to Divine Mercy Parish in Burlington, Iowa.
