I have been reading and consuming online materials about pastured pork. Joel Salatin's books and online materials have me inspired and looking at my homestead as to how I could achieve a high quality pastured pork product for our family and friends.  Nothing tastes better than growing your food, including livestock from baby piglet, to full weight, and to the dinner table. It just tastes sweeter! We had a failed attempt at pork in our past, could this be the game changer?
