I am realizing that *consistency* in 1. Showing up to the YouTube channel that I learn from. 2. Becoming aware of how I learn. 3. Recording a slow chanting of what I learned immediately without judging. 4. Stopping any thoughts of what the audience will think or say, has helped me record and share with you for the last 14 days.
