Pat is an author and clinical psychologist whose storytelling roots run deep. She began her career in the theater world as an actress, director, and playwright in New York, and later produced summer stock and murder mystery theater in Maine.

Her fascination with the human experience eventually led her to psychology, where she explores the inner lives of others with the same empathy she now brings to the page.
