Pat Freeman is going for Comrades Marathon finish number 27. She is part of an incredible group of women, who have completed just over or close to 30 Comrades Marathons. Pat’s story is one of preservation, it may be what has stood her in such good stead over the years. Her impressive training formula, has seen pretty consistent running times.
