London, Paris and Berlin have been named the best cities for Purpose-Built Student Accommodation investment, according to PATRIZIA’s very first Student City Index. Launched last week, the report ranks more than 180 university cities across 21 European countries, offering a city-specific lens to help institutional investors identify the most compelling PBSA markets.
