At the same time as the Coterie attended a Brujah Rave in New Haven, a werewolf pack from New York is made aware of a growing threat to a sacred Caern nearby New Haven, CT, and are sent to investigate. Waiting for them is a growing spiritual sickness and threats of the flesh coming from beneath a place known locally as "Hell House."

In the final episode of Path of Night's first campaign, the remains of the Coterie and their dwindling allies try to protect the Last Daughter of Eve from the onslaught of the Sabbat Black Hand led by Dark Selina and the machinations of Reiss and Clan Tremere. With just one potential future bought with the life of their friend, can the keep one small girl alive? Or is this truly their Final Night?
