The 4 Rs of Tauba:

1. Refrain - Give up the sin

2. Remorse - Having remorse for the sin

3. Resolve - Never to go back to that sin

4. Redress - If the sin is between one and another person, seek forgiveness from them or pay charity and make Dua for them.
