House outrage was sparked by a federal investigation into the case of a student who illegally recorded and photographed more than 40 of his classmates in a school bathroom stall naked on Instagram .
Conservatives have strongly criticized the school for imposing a 10- day suspension and barring the victim from attending the graduation ceremony simply because the victim tried to rally solidarity by graffitiing the toilet wall to list other victims on Instagram .
