Joe-Brown's informed opinion is that if high school students are not yet in some sort of school, they need to sound the alarm so that someone makes an effort to help them get back into school. Students should acknowledge that their lives have changed and they need to take time to re-assess their goals for their future life in order to keep their motivation high.
