Bobby currently works as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for Twitter. And after reaching the pinnacle in his career, he is making it his mission to share his knowledge about pathways to success in technology, the importance of diversity in hiring in the tech field, and some of the misconceptions about how to access positions in STEM, such as the need for a college degree.
