Patience is a virtue that is hard to practice especially in our fast paced, click instant society. If there is one ministry that requires patience on behalf of the leaders and leadership team is it college and career ministry. It can be hard to practice at times and without it this ministry can become very frustrating. But can I say that patience will pay off!
