Prior to review websites, we all just “asked for the person in charge” and whaaLaa, issue was addressed, most of the time. If the issue didn't get resolved, you’d write a complaint to customer service or the company. Today, we type away. And, honestly, how often does ‘the person in charge’ not resolve an issue or at least de-esclate it?
