Patricia Nowakowski, owner of Opulent Beauty Salon in Illinois and Business Coach shares her experiences of Nicola’s mentoring to help her get clear, stay on track, and pick which ideas where the best for her business and discover her purpose, and her why that made her feel fulfilled and create sustainable growth. Patricia has been a trailblazer in the beauty industry for over a decade. She created a handtied extension method called Grace Hand Tied, after identifying gaps and holes in the current hair extension market. She now teaches monthly classes about this method application and has taught stylists across the country. Now, her latest goal is to help other stylists grow their businesses and connect with their leadership, by helping them define the foundational systems they need in place to create the freedom and lifestyle they want.
