Blindness, osteoporosis & acute chest syndrome are a few complications of living with Sickle Cell Disease. I am so honored to have had the opportunity to educate myself on this inherited blood disorder. Thanks to Patricias Guardian Angel, I now know how to help someone that battles with this disease.
