This week at NSTA: The Bus Stop - Patrick Dean, Vice President, at Dean Transportation, and Vice President/Secretary of NSTA, joins NSTA Executive Director, Curt Macysyn, to discuss the NSTA Strategic Business Plan (SBP). As chair of the SBP Committee, Patrick highlights the work on this project that started in January, and he goes through the information gathering stages of the process. Curt and Patrick then describe how data collection then transitioned into development of a Strategic Business Plan, and how the plan outlines tangible steps to be taken by the Association.
