Today The Two Mikes had a terrific and troubling conversation about the 2020 election with Tom Kasperak from Loudoun County, Virginia.
Mr. Kasperak proved to be a master of the material he and his citizens' group -- which includes experts in voting-machine and computer forensics -- had acquired through a hundred or more FOIA requests for material pertaining to the election. Just a few of the points Tom made are listed below to wet your whistle, and both of us urge listeners to listen to Tom's presentation on the podcast.
--In June 2021, the citizens' group asked for a meeting with Loudoun County's board of elections to present some of their initial findings, but have never received a response.
--The group has found the VA voter rolls are full of dead voters and voters who are not U.S. citizens.
--Three days before the new VA Attorney General took office in 2021, Tom and his group briefed him on the problems they had found in Loudoun County and asked for his help. The new Attorney General has yet to respond,
--The group's investigation found that the paper ballots from the 2020 election probably no longer exist, and so a hand-count to compare with the machine count probably is impossible.
--Virginia's computerized votes were stored on Amazon's servers and cloud.
--Tom's group found that none of the voting machines in the state are certified, and neither of the two companies that the state uses to certify the machines are themselves certified to do so.
--In the early morning of the day after 2020's voting day, all of the voting machines in the state were shutdown, all votes were removed from them, and when they were returned the next morning 330,000 additional ballots were in the system.
--Tom and his group have turned all of the data they gathered to the Loudoun County sheriff, and he is investigating it.
