We dive into what this practice looks like and what people can learn and discover through doing this work. Joseph also talks a little bit about how he balances teaching a spiritual practice that is also a small business. 

In this month's brand new episode I talk with Charlotte Harrison a researcher at the MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) organization. We discuss the exciting work MAPS is doing conducting clinical research on use of MDMA to fight post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in veterans. Pat's Podcasts is back! After a short Hiatus we are back with another brand new episode. Going forward there will be a brand new episode the first Monday of every month instead of every Monday as in the past.

She discuss what it was like growing up in the 80's with lesbian mothers, and how their family triumphed in the judicial system with the first ever case of lesbian mothers winning custody over a sperm donor.
