Reuniting for their first mix together since 2018, longtime borderland favorites Nathan Zeller and Eric Cromeens say they’re at their most creative and collaborative than they have been in years. “We both had a long period of inactivity in recent years, and not just because of the pandemic.” says Cromeens. “We finally reached a place in our lives where we both felt it was right and started playing together again, and it instantly felt like the old days, and that no time had passed whatsoever.” The duo started recording mixes and instantly knew Patterns was the medium they wanted to release them on. Their mixes are unashamedly progressive, with plenty of house, tech, and techno notes throughout.--
