Trisha Kelly was the Warehouse Department Head at Parker and Sons, one of America's largest home services companies of its kind, for 10+ years. She also oversaw the fleet of 600+ vehicles, building security and maintenance, office purchasing, uniforms, renovations, company parties/functions, team member awards and acknowledgements, and many other functions. She is a wife and mother of 2 amazing grown children, Josh and Justine. She is now a proud Gammy of 3 grandkids (Claire, Harvey and Nora) with one on the way, due in June, 2025. Before her career change to Parker and Sons, she worked as an ER nurse and helped with community and school fund raising. She can handle almost anything thrown her way… and you will never out-work her. Trisha has been married for 42 years to her husband, Paul.

Paul Kelly has over 40 years of experience in the home-services industry and has held prominent positions in finance, sales, marketing, and operations for national and regional home-service companies. He has helped over a hundred of the best service companies across America improve their revenues and profits. In 2004, he bought Parker & Sons, an HVAC and plumbing company in Phoenix, Arizona. Paul has grown the business from a small company with twenty-five trucks and seven million dollars in annual revenue in 2004 to over 600 hundred trucks and over $250 million run rate today, one of the largest of its kind in America. Family is important to Paul, as is sharing his Tricks of the Trade to Success, a best-selling book he wrote. Sharing his knowledge, experience, fortune, and fun is the magic he enjoys most in life. He is one lucky husband, father of two, and Papa to 3 amazing grandkids, with one more on the way.
