In 2014 he was diagnosed with bi-polar, he was also 4 stone overweight and heavily on the booze and drugs. Finally, he hit rock bottom how and found himself on the edge of a cliff about to take his own life.

 

Now Paul helps thousands of men to “get their shit together” through his coaching and mentoring.
