Episode 92: Dr Paul Paterson (https://www.ipart.nsw.gov.au/Home/About-IPART/The-Tribunal-Executive-team) is the chair of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal or IPART, based in Sydney Australia. IPART is the regulator for water, public transport and local government in New South Wales as well as the licence administrator for water, electricity and gas.

Dr Paterson is an industry economist with 40 years of experience as a private sector executive, academic, consultant, regulator and senior public servant. Dr Paterson has worked for the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris as well as holding an impressive range of senior positions in Australia.
