Duncan Gray graduated from Colby College in Waterville, ME in 1991. Since then he has enjoyed working in the antiques and auctions industry as a licensed auctioneer and certified appraiser. He has handled tens of millions of dollars in antiques and arts for his clients, and now works with the third generation company of Eldred's Auctioneers & Appraisers of East Dennis, MA.

In 2023, Duncan started the "Eldred's Antiques Hour", a weekly one hour radio program and podcast dedicated to antiques, arts & auctions on 95.9 WATD FM.

Steve Adelson arrived at Teddy Shoes, Inc. on August 21, 1978. Having graduated from four years of college at Michigan State University with a degree in business and a minor in Hotel & Restaurant Management and one year as an assistant food manager working at Saga Food Service at the University of Miami, Steve got an offer from his dad Ted to join Teddy Shoes. Dad had three stores at the time ( Cambridge, Somerville and Watertown ) and could use the help running the operation. Steve always wanted to have the opportunity to be his own boss, but never thought he would end up in the family business.

So the partnership began! The store specialized in family footwear and factory seconds/cancellations during its inception in 1957 and through the 80’s. In 1985, the Davis Square Somerville location was lost because of higher lease costs. East Boston under the name Kushner’s was added to the store’s operations. In 1987, Steve began the process of buying the business, and Teddy Shoes became Teddy Shoes, Inc.

In 1993, a turning point came in the life of the business. Factory seconds and cancellations dried up, and the decision to add more dance lines to the store's business began. First, Capezio had closed two of its operations near us, and customers were asking for the brand. So a $3000 opening order was written ( This seemed like an astronomical amount at the time ), and then brands like Bloch, Body Wrappers, Motionwear, Sansha and So Danca were added in the years that followed.

Today Teddy Shoes, Inc. has become a mecca for dance beginners and aficionados. 

In May 2013, a new website was launched which brought many of the store’s products online. Last year a new logo and home page was developed. Further improvements will be forthcoming. Today 88% of the business comes from Dance!

As the store enters its 60th anniversary, Steve will be completing his 39th season. Large footsteps were left by the originator himself, Theodore Adelson, Mr. Teddy himself. Steve is proud to be carrying on the tradition of this valuable institution that serves the dance community and the greater Boston area. Ran Levy Yamamori is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, writer, and environmental educator whose work bridges science, storytelling, and creative education across cultures. Beginning his career as a wildlife biologist in Israel and Japan, he combined research and filmmaking toreveal the hidden lives of desert wolves, vultures, barn owls, and other wildlife for major broadcasters such as NHK Japan.

Beyond filmmaking, Ran has led transformative Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia, empowering teachers, NGOs, and community leaders to think creatively and integrate environmental awareness into education systems. He has designed and implemented cross-cultural projects uniting Arab and Jewish educators, and trained government and NGO teams in creative approaches to sustainability education.

Ran is the founder of Har Yaar Publications, a pioneering environmental education imprint that has published more than 50 inspirational children’s books in Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, Greek, English, and French. Kate O’Donnell is a businessperson and philanthropist, with experience in digital marketing, investing, and engagement. 

Since 2021, Kate has been at Belmont Capital, LLC, a venture capital and private equity firm in Boston. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director of Student and Young Alumni Engagement at Harvard Business School, and as a Creative Strategist for Snap, Inc. 

She has volunteered with The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for more than 20 years, notably co-chairing the 2023 Volunteer Leadership Conference, joining the Board of Trustees in 2023, and currently Co-Chairing the Milestones III campaign for $250M. For the past decade, she has served as President of The Joey Fund, an organization founded in honor of her brother Joey, who died from CF at the age of 12. The Joey Fund has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for CF.

She is a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s National Board of Trustees, Newborn Medicine and Reproductive Health Advisory Board at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and serves on the Corporate Leadership Council of the Perkins School for the Blind.

Kate holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in English from Harvard, and lives in Boston with her husband Ryan, and their Bulldog, Beans.

Raised in Everett, Massachusetts, John DiBiaso graduated from Everett High School in 1974, Phillips Exeter Academy in 1975, and Tufts University in 1979 with a B.A., later earning his M.A. in 1990.

DiBiaso began his coaching career as an assistant at Tufts before taking his first head coaching position at St. Patrick’s High School in Watertown (1982–87). He went on to lead Weston High School (1988–91), guiding the team to a state championship in 1991, before achieving his lifelong dream of becoming head football coach of the Everett Crimson Tide in 1992. His journey at Everett was shared with his wife, Maureen, a teacher and longtime cheerleading coach, whose steadfast support, along with that of their children, Kristina and Jonathan, was integral to his success.

Over 25 years at Everett, DiBiaso built one of the most dominant programs in Massachusetts history, amassing 376 career football wins, 16 Super Bowl titles, 22 league championships, including two Super Bowl victories led by his son Jonathan as quarterback.

In addition to football, DiBiaso served as Everett’s head basketball coach from 1984–2018, compiling 504 wins, 13 league titles, three Eastern Mass Finals, and one Eastern Mass Championship. He also served as Everett High School’s athletic director and teacher from 1979–2018. Since 2018, he has begun a new chapter at Catholic Memorial, where he has guided the Knights to six Catholic Conference titles and three state championships.

For his unparalleled success across two sports, DiBiaso has been inducted into the Massachusetts Football Coaches Hall of Fame, the Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame, and the Massachusetts Italian American Sports Hall of Fame.

Today, as head coach at Catholic Memorial, he continues to inspire the next generation while sharing his life with his wife, Maureen, and their children, Kristina and Jonathan.

Raised in Everett, Massachusetts, John DiBiaso graduated from Everett High School in 1974, Phillips Exeter Academy in 1975, and Tufts University in 1979 with a B.A., later earning his M.A. in 1990.

DiBiaso began his coaching career as an assistant at Tufts before taking his first head coaching position at St. Patrick’s High School in Watertown (1982–87). He went on to lead Weston High School (1988–91), guiding the team to a state championship in 1991, before achieving his lifelong dream of becoming head football coach of the Everett Crimson Tide in 1992. His journey at Everett was shared with his wife, Maureen, a teacher and longtime cheerleading coach, whose steadfast support, along with that of their children, Kristina and Jonathan, was integral to his success.

Over 25 years at Everett, DiBiaso built one of the most dominant programs in Massachusetts history, amassing 376 career football wins, 16 Super Bowl titles, 22 league championships, including two Super Bowl victories led by his son Jonathan as quarterback.

In addition to football, DiBiaso served as Everett’s head basketball coach from 1984–2018, compiling 504 wins, 13 league titles, three Eastern Mass Finals, and one Eastern Mass Championship. He also served as Everett High School’s athletic director and teacher from 1979–2018. Since 2018, he has begun a new chapter at Catholic Memorial, where he has guided the Knights to six Catholic Conference titles and three state championships.

For his unparalleled success across two sports, DiBiaso has been inducted into the Massachusetts Football Coaches Hall of Fame, the Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame, and the Massachusetts Italian American Sports Hall of Fame.

Today, as head coach at Catholic Memorial, he continues to inspire the next generation while sharing his life with his wife, Maureen, and their children, Kristina and Jonathan.
