We sat down with Top Chef and Restaurateur, Paul Qui. Paul was the winner of Top Chef Season 9. He owns a massive portfolio of restaurants throughout the nation under his Hospitality group, FAM Hosipitality. He is a decorated chef, having won the James Beard Award. Paul's story isn't all rainbows and unicorns though. He discusses his "fall from grace" and how he had to dig deep within himself to rebound and get back to his true passion, cooking.
