He does this by building trust, rapport and respect on equal grounds and finding the fun in the challenge and change.  Paul has over 35 years’ of successful senior leadership experience leading big teams and even bigger change programmes for globally minded UK businesses. He has always been a people-centred leader. Whether as a Non-Executive Director, listening to strategic plans and brainstorming solutions, or as a senior leader, building and maintaining all strategic and operational relationships.

Paul has a great way about him, and that has been vital in building relationships and rapport – which incidentally has been the key to success in business. He has coached talented individuals from all walks of life, from C-suite leaders and field managers to front-line colleagues and support teams, I have supported their decision-making during change, challenged them to grow and evolve and seen the hidden potential in them that they might not have thought themselves.
