Paul Vann-Wealth Builder Mindfulness Coach | Episode 010
Paul Lawrence Vann is the Founder of Wealth Building Acade, LLC and Host of The Wealthy Speaker Talk Radio Show, and he assists leaders in understanding mindfulness will help them better manage their thoughts and emotions, improve their sleep, increase their energy and improve their immune system which is of utmost importance to their health, well being and piece of mind.
Paul Lawrence Vann has extensive work experience to include over 22 years as a military officer having served in the United States Air Force to include 12 consecutive years in the Pentagon in various leadership positions. Vann also served a year of duty as a Capitol Hill Fellow working for a member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives, prior to retiring as a highly decorated lieutenant colonel. Vann worked for Mobil Oil Company for a couple of years providing financial analysis and then for a couple of years as a contractor providing financial expertise in support of military families. He holds a M.S. in Contracts and Acquisition Management; M.A. Business Management and B.A. Business Administraiton and Accounting. After retirement military retirement Paul became an entrepreneur, he is founder of Wealth Building Academy, LLC a professional development company that provides live and virtual motivational speaking, leadership talks, diversity/inclusion training and he is a certified mindfulness life coach that works with entrepreneurs to help them enhance their self-awareness, focus, concentraiton and assist them in reducing stress, and work to help them better understand the health benefits mindfulness provides to include increased energy and an improved immune system.
