Episode 164 (26 Nov 2021): Paul Vriend graduated from LUC in 2018, majoring in Earth Energy and Sustainability. He went on to do an internship at the Ocean Cleanup and a master degree in Environmental Science at Wageningen University. For the past three years Paul has been studying macroplastic pollution in rivers, which has landed him a job at the Dutch government where he is currently part of a team that is exploring the possibilities for a national monitoring strategy for riverine macroplastic pollution.
