The two brands of socialists continued to fight each other after World War I--until they united and attacked Poland from both sides: The Nazis from the West, the Communists under Stalin from the East.Hitler had actually succeeded to convince Stalin that he was his socialist brother. So, Stalin let the Nazis come too close and even liquidated everyone who was against this pact.
