Feelings are messengers. They rise up in the body and mind to tell us what matters, what hurts, what needs care. Yet many of us rush past or avoid them, afraid of what they might reveal. We invite you to pause, notice, and name your emotions. Naming a feeling gives it form. It helps the brain process and soften what may seem overwhelming. As Dr. Daniel Siegel puts it, “Name it to tame it.” When you name what you feel, you take the first step toward healing.
