In Matthew 4:1-11 Jesus was tempted to get 3 promises of his Father using the devil’s means. God does not call us to produce outcomes in the kingdom. He calls us to stay connected to life and abide. We can never be led astray in thinking the outcomes must be equal. But we must always remember that in Christ, we all have equal opportunity to know God and love each other.
